Local Honey is Cranbury, NJ. Raw means that the honey has not been pasteurized or heated above 120°

            Creamed Honey Spread:

Creamed honey is honey that is pushed to the crystallized stage and then whipped to a fine spread consistency.

Flavored Honey:  

Hot & Spicy: Jalapeno Peppers added   8 oz. (½ lb) Glass $6.00  

Pollen Honey: 4 oz. ( ¼ lb) Glass $6.00

Cinnamon Honey: Cinnamon is added to honey. 4 oz. ( ¼ lb) Glass $6.00

Nuts & Honey:

Pecans & Honey: Pecans are added to honey.  Great on Pancakes and Ice cream t00. 8 oz. (½ lb) $6.00
